Terms & Conditions.
Introduction.
These terms govern the services provided by Skin Longevity (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”) who book treatments, memberships, or consultations through our practice or website. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Consultations.
All new clients receive a complimentary initial consultation. During this consultation we assess suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, and explain likely results, risks, and aftercare. We reserve the right to decline to treat any client where, in our professional judgement, a treatment would not be safe, appropriate, or likely to deliver the expected outcome.
Bookings and deposits.
Appointments may require a deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, but may be transferred to a new appointment once, free of charge, within 30 days.
Cancellations and no-shows.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: full deposit refund or free rescheduling
- Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: deposit forfeited, no further charge
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: deposit forfeited; for course or package bookings, one session may be deducted from the course balance
We understand life happens. Contact us as early as possible — in genuine emergencies we consider cancellations compassionately.
Payment.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless you are on a pre-paid course or membership. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Course bookings are paid in advance. Memberships are paid monthly by standing order or recurring card payment.
Treatments and consent.
All aesthetic and injectable treatments require written informed consent before they begin. You have the right to ask questions, to withdraw consent at any time before the treatment starts, and to decline any treatment suggested.
Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Aesthetic treatments carry recognised risks including bruising, swelling, asymmetry, and in rare cases more significant complications. These risks will be discussed with you before any treatment.
Courses and packages.
Treatment courses (for example, Glow Course, fat dissolving courses) are pre-paid and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after 12 months expire unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by consumer law.
Memberships.
Memberships are rolling monthly subscriptions paid in advance. Each membership tier includes the benefits listed on our Membership page at the time of signup.
- Glow and Signature members: may cancel with one month’s written notice
- Elite members: three-month minimum commitment, then rolling monthly with one month’s notice
- Missed monthly treatments roll forward for up to 60 days; after that they expire
- Memberships may be paused for up to two months per calendar year without charge
- Membership pricing may change with 30 days’ written notice; you may cancel without charge if you do not accept the new pricing
Refunds.
Treatments that have been provided are non-refundable. If you experience a genuine concern with a treatment outcome, please contact us within 14 days so we can assess and where appropriate offer a complimentary review or correction. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Aftercare.
Written aftercare instructions are provided after every treatment. Following these instructions is your responsibility. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and is not grounds for a refund or complaint.
Complaints.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise your concern directly with us at hello@skinlongevity.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within three working days and resolve them within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, clients may contact the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) or Save Face, depending on treatment type.
Age restrictions.
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Fat dissolving treatments are only provided to clients aged 18 and over, in line with UK regulations. Prescription-only treatments require a prescriber consultation before a prescription can be issued.
Liability.
We carry professional indemnity insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising from treatment is limited to the cost of the treatment in question, except where we are liable for personal injury caused by negligence or where liability cannot be limited under UK law.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms periodically. The current version applies to any booking made on or after its publication date. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients and members.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
